Wartung beendet

The bot and dashboard are up and running again!

SupportMail will undergo scheduled maintenance while we migrate our backend infrastructure to a new process architecture.

What to expect
- The bot will be briefly unresponsive — tickets, commands, and moderation actions won't be processed during the window.
- Any DMs or actions sent during the downtime should be retried once we're back.
- The dashboard may return errors, users wont load, ticket setup will not be possible and a few other things while the API restarts.

Expected impact: Full unavailability for a short period (typically a few minutes) as services are cut over.

We expect everything to be fully operational by the end of the maintenance window.
