After some testing and fixing minor issues of the latest update, everything works fine.
Note: Every user, who was logged in, has to login again because I made a database change for improved security and better efficiency.

Everything is starting again, I'm monitoring and testing.

I hope that those fixes will address several issues with the /ticket-create command and anon-tickets.
