Quickly restarting the bot & homepage to apply a fix and to add a heartbeat endpoint to the api and homepage.

Migration is complete. Some things did not work out as expected but now everything's back to normal again.

Everything is back up, I'm still online for an hour of so to be ready if anything breaks.

After some testing and fixing minor issues of the latest update, everything works fine.
Note: Every user, who was logged in, has to login again because I made a database change for improved security and better efficiency.

The homepage is migrated from a self-host to Cloudflare.
